Delivery Areas
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to all destinations within USA. Please contact us for information regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO Boxes, International deliveries and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on weight and are determined at the time of checkout.
Shipping Times
Unless otherwise noted, ScarletCrane.com will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 3 business days of purchase. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) We ship using Priority Mail. Please allow a shipping time of 3-5 business days once the order leaves our Chicago location.

Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the your purchase from ScarletCrane.com, it may be returned and we will issue a refund. (Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.) Once the item is received, we will credit the account used for the purchase.
To return or exchange an item, please be sure to do the following:
1. Email us at service@scarletcrane.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging securely along with packing slip.
3. Make sure you include your RMA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us immediately. We'll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
